COVID-19 Update

We would like to reassure all our customers that we are operating as normal, meaning you can still place an order and have it processed the same day for free next-day delivery.

There may be a delay on a small number of devices, due to supply interruptions caused by the coronavirus outbreak. Deliveries to remote areas may temporarily take slightly longer. And SIM only orders are temporarily no longer being delivered on Saturdays but will continue to be delivered Monday to Friday as normal.

While we’re maintaining our usual high standards of service, we’re also doing everything we can to protect both our customers and employees amid the coronavirus outbreak. We’re closely monitoring official updates and following guidance from the Government and the NHS to make sure we are doing the right things at the right times. Which includes doing everything we can to set our entire business up to operate remotely from our homes, while employing social distancing and increased hygiene methods for those unable to work from home.
