We would like to reassure all our customers that we are operating as normal, meaning you can still place an order and have it processed the same day for free next-day delivery, subject to availability.

Delivery and Availability

There may be a delay on a small number of devices, due to supply interruptions caused by the coronavirus outbreak. Deliveries to remote areas may temporarily take slightly longer. And SIM only orders are temporarily no longer being delivered on Saturdays but will continue to be delivered Monday to Friday as normal.

COVID Security

We’re doing everything we can to protect both our customers and employees amid the coronavirus outbreak. We’re closely monitoring official updates and following guidance from the Government and the NHS to make sure we are doing the right things at the right times. Which includes doing everything we can to set our entire business up to operate remotely from our homes, while employing social distancing and increased hygiene methods for those unable to work from home.

    Will my order still be processed the same day?

    Yes, we’re still operating as normal. Meaning any orders placed before 9pm will still be processed the same day for free next-day delivery, subject to stock and acceptance by the network. Deliveries to remote areas may temporarily take longer. SIM only orders will temporarily no longer be delivered on a Saturday but will continue to be delivered Monday to Friday as normal.

    Can I still get free next-day delivery?

    Yes! Mobile phone orders placed up to 9pm Monday to Friday, and up to 4pm on weekends will still be delivered for free the next day, subject to stock and acceptance by the network. Deliveries to remote areas may temporarily take longer. SIM only orders will temporarily no longer be delivered on a Saturday but will continue to be delivered Monday to Friday as normal.

    What delivery service do you use?

    We’re proud to use DPD who have been implementing responsible measures in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, including working from home where possible, social distancing within their warehouses, staggered start-times to reduce the number of drivers on-site as well as contact-free delivery that means parcels are placed at your door (or another safe place chosen by you via the DPD app or a note on your door) without having to sign for them.

    We use Royal Mail for mobile phone deliveries to remote areas and all SIM only orders. They, too, have been implementing COVID-19 safety measures protect both staff and customers, including social distancing measures and increased hygiene efforts.

    How do I get refunded after cancelling?

    We return any money you’ve paid as soon as we cancel your order, including the £2.50 held to verify your details. Funds can take up to five working days to return to your account, although it may take longer depending on your bank. Please contact your bank for any payment updates.

    Will you still deliver to me if I’m in self-isolation?

    Yes, both us and DPD are operating as normal. The only change is DPD will no longer ask you to sign their handheld units and instead their drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.
