This phone is very slim so can easily fit into your pocket. The colour is attractive. There are many good points about this phone, in that it is a good music-player and you can add extra memory to it if needs be. It is good for texting on and makes it easy to hear on calls. However, the flip cover easily comes off and if you drop the phone it very easily falls apart, with the back coming off and the battery falling out. The camera is also not very good. However all in all a usefull little phone which is easy to use.

from the first sony ericsson we owned (my youngest son, liam) to my current one, i have been completely impressed with the simplicity and beauty of the entire layout ... not to mention the variety of themes and applications and, of course, functionality ... and of course, the clarity of image obtained even by the lowest megapixel camera! i just cant think of any other unit that can possibly even compare with sony ericsson and would really enjoy winning an iPod!

I have heard that the Xperia X10 is a big improvement on the vivaz though. I wish I had waited.

I just got my w910i 4 days ago. I was really impressed with the features it has and happy with it till last night. When i connected it to the charger, it went blank. It was totally off and wouldnt respond to me pressing any button or the power button. After about a minute the screen back on againg. Didnt like that one bit. This morning when i connected the earphones, the same thing happend again. I am flabbergasted, i have never owned a sony ericsson before. Is this normal or is the something seriously wrong with the phone. Really disappointed.

I bought mine the other day and am loving it. The shake technology works just fine and the actual phone is awesome! The nightime quality on the camera is not really as I would expect of a camera if it cost this much but of a mobile phone WITH a camera it is to be expected. All in all I am thrilled with it. The O2 site needs a great deal more maintenance though as I am forever coming up against 404 errors and the phone update manager didnt work but that may be a glitch their end and not the phones fault.
All in all I am thrilled with the Sony Ericsson W910i and would buy it again if I had the choice.

Since I upgraded to this phone 7 months ago I have had 3 replacements due to Software Faults. I have to say that this phone is brilliant and has some great features for those music lovers as well as being sleek, slim and stylish. I was sold this over other models when chosing but unfortunatley now wish I had gone with my previous choice but purely because of the software faults. I have now completely changed my handset as I want one that works 100% of the time. Had this phone not had software faults I would have been extremely happy with its features and designs but obviously Sony had trouble in testing them fully before the realese date. For those lucky enough to get one that didnt have any problems youve got a great phone.

I think its 100% the best phone, well worth the money (its quite cheap saying how much stuff it has on it) I love going on msn on it the cameras perfect and the colour (purple) is amazing when i saw it i had to get it (3.2 mega pixel, cybershot) bluetooth- the connections quick and i have had no problems ith anything. I can fit lots and lots of music and pictures on ! its amazin so every one get this brilliant phone now!

Don't be skeptic about this phone. It is amazing. First off, I believe that Sony-Ericsson has the most innovative and easiest internal system out of any mobile phones available You can do so much that you cant do with other phones its ridiculous to have anything else.
I had the W810i and recently upgraded to the K850i, and I thought 2 megapixels was good! Now I have 5! I thought I would lose my walkman features and other specs about my old phone. But the K850i has everything and more. Music, Touchscreen (kind of), Photos(Best of all camera phones), Camcorder like Videos, Web Surfing, and Track ID.
This phone is just endless because you can download applications and new games or features. It really has a lot to offer.
Dont listen to people who dont like the 3 touch screen buttons. They work great and I havent had any problems with them. They keypad works just as good as any other phone, while the navigational pad doesnt get in the way.
I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who is trying to decide between phones.
The Sony Ericsson K850i is the way to go, I can go on and on about its features. But you should find the joy in that yourself.

The W960i is a superb phone, I love it love it love it! I've had Sony Ericsson phones for years and then changed to a Nokia N95 last year...Biiiig mistake. Now I'm back on the Sony Ericsson train I'm very glad about it.
My only gripe is that I've gone from a 5 mega pixel to a 3 mega pixel camera...boooooo.
However, it doesn't stop the W960i being an amazing phone. Get one.

Sony Ericsson W580i - What a fantastic phone - it's small - it's lightweight - it has mp3 and fm radio so no need to lug mp3 player and phone about - excellent.
It does have it flaws through - the camera is pants - no zoom or flash and the battery life is appalling - I have to charge it most days even when not using the mp3 - the blurb says 370 hours standby - no chance!!!

I have had this phone for two weeks and i love it!
The Shake-To-Shuffle is excellent!
Its a Super Sleek Design and stylish slider
Sony Ericsson W580i is well worth the money!
It even has a workout programme and counts how many steps you do each day and how many calories you have burnt! it also does this for running.
The only downfall is that you can't zoom in or use flash but other than that it is great!
Overall I strongly recommend that you buy the Sony Ericsson W580i!

Top mobile phone, brilliant camera and very stylish. The Sony Ericsson K810i's buttons and menus are very easy to get onto especially as I was traditionally a Nokia fan.
This K810i is brilliant. A 3 mega pixel camera. Battery life is brilliant, get longer than my 6230i ever threw out.
Excellent - a very good all around phone. This has replaced my MP3 player and digital camera so what a buy!!!
Do buy some screen protectors as the screen is crying out to be scratched in pockets etc.

The Sony Ericsson W300i is a great looking phone. Works great too. But the included ear buds are not worth the plastic rapping they come in. With good buds, mp3s sound good but not phenomenal. Wish this phone had a regular headphone jack on it: you need the included adaptor, but most other phones are similar anyway. Crappy 0.3 megapixel camera but you get what you pay for. In this price range the phone is an excellent choice. Im not looking forward to dropping it.

Love this phone! Compact, stylish and funky. Packed full of features, stereo sound pretty good quality. Comes with many features, camera, radio, games, and various applications that keep me busy for hours. Adding music was a doddle, although I see the need to add more memory soon. If I had to take one thing on a deserted island this phone would be it! While listening to my tunes I could use the SOS light to alert for help! Battery does need recharging more than my previous phones.

this phone is absolutely flawless, amazing camera facility and the mp3 player sounds awesome with or with out the headset. The only problem I have had, I got it on a contract with vodafone for free, I have tried to update the phones software on the sony ericsson site and I was unable to , I got the following message 'Your operator does not approve the use of this service with this device.' at the end of the procedure, pretty annoying as the update allows you to use mp3's as ringtones I believe, so if you go for this beauty think twice about getting it with vodafone.

Hey I took a while looking for the right phone and I found this one, at first I was unsure on what contract I should go with and what website. I then found this website and the perfect contract for me o2 100. I recieved the phone on time but I had to wait the whole weekend due to being a bank holiday :(. The phone came with City Link at around 9am and as always when I get new things I got it out straight away but had to wait another 7hours or so to let it charge which gave me plenty of time to look at the manual and all the cool extras you get with it. The phone it's self is amazing the camera is really clear and the usb cable you get with it allows you to transfer the pictures fom your phone to the pc and the other way around and even with music! The phone is hard to explain all the cool functions it has even little things such as the world time in Java you can view the world and zoom in and out and select every city in the world! The games are great for such a small phone but I don't play them much. Other good things are the mirror on the back of the phone so you can take pics of yourself or you and friends also has a 5-10 second timer if you want to be in the photo! The interface within the phone is easy I came from a Siemens phone and at first I looked and thought hmm this going to take a while but it was simple :D. Anyway this is cool buy for people who love to take funny or memorable vidoes and photos have a flash new phone and it works out £225 with the contract rather than buying it pay as you go for £280+ so why not go for it!

As everyone else has stated, this phone is excellent!
However (theres always a however) :
the charing port on mine failed within 2 months of just normal use. Sony were very prompt repairing it at no cost, it took about a week.
Also, although the mp3 player is a great feature, the memory capacity is limited and non-expandable, so if the mp3 player is the main selling point for you i suggest you opt for that snazzy nokia

I bought this phona when it 1st came out and after always buying nokia`s i was not sure if i was doing the right thing. but now I know I did. Easy to use menu`s, the graphics are really good and it is durable.
but on the other hand it does have the tendancy to freeze up every now and again, but you cant have everything, top marks on a great phone!

This is a great phone. The facilities are good for either business - lots of storage and multi media facilities, pleasure - good camera and good colour screen, or leisure the games are great (so my kids say).. I have been impressed by the size and weight of this phone. It is not the smallest or lightest phone around, I find that phones can be too small to use, this is well thought out and very comfortable when folded and conveinient when opened. My kids, say this is the best phone they have ever used. Kids know these things better than adults.. The only slight negative I can think of is that pictures from the camera are occassionally grainy. Make sure you have good light and a still hand when using and you'll be OK.. 9/10

I was gonna get the O2 X1 but it was out of stock EVERYWHERE. So I got the T610 instead for £190 and free Text Saver with £5 credit. Having now properly tried this phone, I think it is probably better than the X1. It is brilliant in every way. That Negative effect looks really cool when taking pictures.

Oh my word, what a truly brick of a phone. I have had this cumbersome beast now for 3 months. Another downside to this phone is despite the high initial cost it feels cheap and tacky, the plastic is brittle and it creaks. The stylus is also a bit of a joke as after a while it actually starts to scratch the screen, and I have lost count of the number of times I have lost the thing. Having owned a number of Sony products before ,I was frankly very disapointed. I will not be purchasing a Sony phone again!

At first glance the P800 is fantastic, with a feature list as long as your arm and a huge colour touch screen to boot you'd think it'd be perfect.
Sadly, it is not. I've had mine for some months now and there are a number of things that really get my goat. I use my P800 without the bulky and, to be honest, quite ineffectual flip cover. And whilst, at first the novelty of using the stylus or your finger to navigate the screen is great ,it soon gets very boring and actually quite annoying.
And if you're a txt mad person like me, then using the stylus to write out your messasges becomes nothing more than a frustrating waste of time. The handwriting software makes a resonable effort at converting the letters you write, but after a while I got very tired of having to erase misinterpreted letters and trying again.
The build quality is a little suspect too. Specifically the back cover which creaks every time the phone is picked up feels very flimsy. The sylus is, however, nicely located in the side of the handset and doesn't feel like it may fall out by mistake.
The camera function is quite good, taking fairly reasonable 640x480 (max) images in a variety of shutter modes. The video option, however, is nothing more than a gimmick. playback is often juddery, and thanks to the limited colour screen the quality is pretty poor. I've ripped a few scenes from favourite movies of mine and converted them (via an incredibly long and drawn out process) into MP4's. Playback is decent only as a "wow" factor but if you want to watch quality video at a good frame rate then forget it. And quite why they bothered to allow a widescreen video mode is beyond me as the phone simply hasn't the processing power to handle it.
But what really really gets me annoyed about this phone is the frequent System Failures. Basically, I'd be getting wound up trying to write out a txt msg and then, without any warning, the screen would clear to be replaced by an animated icon of a phone and a stop watch. There's not even anything in the user manual to explain what this is, I had to find the information on the SonyEricsson website. And it happens more times than I'd like it to, and always at the worst possible moment! Maybe I have a duff unit, I dont know, but either way it's incredibly frustrating.
Frankly, given that I paid £250 for this oversized phone when the T610 is available for free on most networks, I'd have to be really desperate to buy this phone again. The T610 can do most of what the P800 can do, but it looks better and has a vastly superior screen. I'd go for that instead of this if I had the chance again.

I won't give this handset 10 out of 10 simply because of the price of Smart Media Duo cards. The 128mb card costs £100 and is a must!
Other than that the phone is sweet and the only phone that I've paid big money for and I’ve loved every minute of it. Fonetasticwarehouse did a good job.
I've just put in a 128mb Duo stick, so I've been able to free up a large portion of the space on the phone’s 10mb memory and I can say the phone runs a bit quicker now.
Loads of great games and applications for the phone, especially Traffic-i, which I haven't purchased yet, but last week while sitting in a traffic jam for 2 hours, I decided that I’d buy it as soon as I next got paid.
Go on buy one, this phone deserves to succeed and it’s so much better than a Nokia. As for the phone being big, its only marginally wider than a Nokia 3310 and no taller----

Upgraded from a Nokia 3330 to the T68i and wish I'd chose something else. Its a good looking phone with great features and wicked blue illumination, but let down by:
1) the menu navigation via the joystick-it is too fiddly when wanting to go up/down/left/right etc
2. Texting-too slow and again moving cursor with joystick has inadvertantly sent the text.

I thought i was buying a great phone ... but i was wrong ! The buttons are very close together and they are very touch sensitive. I also dont like the quality and definition of the photos from the plug in camera, they are fuzzy and nowhere near as good as the nokia 7250, plus it takes 3 or so presses to log off from the WAP browser.

Terrific phone, holds stacks of pictures. It's also bluetooth and tri-band so I can take it anywhere abroad and it's got high speed data. Downside is no Java and there's great mobiles out with integrated cameras rather than clip-ons.
