Very pleased with the Motorola Jewel. Some great features in particular the predictive texting. However the phone does tend to freeze from time to time especially with a memory card fitted. Also had the U9 phone prior to getting the Jewel and this also froze.

Its a good phone... it takes a bit of time to get used to it, but is easy once you get the hang of it... Problems i have found is that it takes a long time to charge, the charger port breaks after 6 months and the buttons and screen lose colour after 6 months... problems are easy to get round and i would recommend getting one

Superb phone. Simple to use, bluetooth enabled (which actually works contrary to people telling me the motorola razr v3i WOULDN'T work with bluetooth!), brilliant quality 1mp camera, record videos with sound, ultra flat phone that fits into my pocket without making pocket bulky! Only thing that I dislike about the motorola razr v3i is that the outside display is not always on, i have to flip phone open to find out time! But all in all, a good phone. The vodafone priceplan anytime 200 plus stop the clock is awesome too - talk to someone for up to an hour and only pay for three minutes is a bargain, which gives you more free minutes for chatting.

Awesome phone!!!. No complaints here. Itunes works great, it only took me like 10 minutes to create a playlist and transfer my music. I used all the phone all weekend and really didnt noticed anything bad about it. The only thing I didnt like was I couldn't use all the functions of that usb cable, like dl images/game or upload anything other than music. I bought the phone for the music and it didnt dissapoint. If you want a phone for music this is it. If your itunes runs slow, its not the phone its your crappy comp. Honestly it was easy to add or delete songs to my playlist and it was done so quick I didnt notice the time. I'm quite sure it didnt take nearly 20 mins to upload my music. I dont like using my phone for message or being on the internet, I use the comp for that sort of thing. This phone is great compare to other phones out there. I wanted the razr but it doesnt play mp3 or I cant upload music to it. I'm a music person and this phone fit the bill for me just right.

I have always had a nokia phone so i was concerned about changing to this phone but thought why not.
First impressions are excelllent, the menu is very easy to get used to infact i find it slightly better than the nokia.
The MP3 player is great, the sound quality through the speakers or headphones is of a really good quality.
If you want to transfer music files from your windows media player off your pc your are unable.You have to store all your music under the itunes library which takes a lot of time.WMA is not supported on itunes.
This is only a slight problem and should not over shadow the fact that this is a great phone and a very good MP3 player built in.

Just received the phone yesterday but here are my first impressions:-
Plus points
***********
1. Phone is light-weight and reasonably small.
2. The integration with iTunes works really well and the iTunes software on the phone is very good.
3. Audio playback quality is great on the headphones or on the good speakers on the phone. In fact the speakers on the phone are better than good.
4. The 512MB SD trans-flash card can store up to 100 songs which is good enough for people who want to listen to music while travelling and don't want to carry another MP3 player as well as a phone.
5. Battery life seems good. Been playing music on the headphones for most of the day so far and it hasn't moved off full charge yet.
Minus Points
************
1. The supplied headphones are decent but if you want to use your own set then you'll have to buy a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter as the headphone socket is smaller than normal.
2. Transferring music to the phone can be quite slow as it only uses USB1 not UBS2. 100 songs can take up to 3/4 of an hour to transfer.
3. Camera is only VGA which is a bit disappointing considering most mobiles are now at 1MP or above.
4. No software supplied to synchronise your Outlook contacts and calendar. I think this can be bought but can't find anywhere to buy it.

A good first attempt by Motorola at a iTunes phone which is let down by a few bad points. I'm very happy with it as I bought it to replace my old Nokai 6320 and my Palm PDA. Now I only have to carry around one device which is great!

Received my phone a few days ago and very pleased with it. Very easy to use with good features, and a great value tariff. Been with Orange for years, so had some doubts about moving, but 3 coverage and service seems very good so far. Only annoying thing is having to send off vouchers periodically to get your reduced rate line rental credits, but thats always the case isn't it?
Overall an excellent deal on a nice phone.

The Motorola V975 has to be the smallest and coolest 3G phone available so far!
It's packed with features and is one of the only 3 phones which is actually a decent normal mobile phone size. It's my second 3 phone and I'm alot more pleased with it than my first.
The tariff's great value too, with loads of free mins and text for much less than the other networks...bargain.

A truely fantastic phone. It is simular in size to my good old Nokia 3650, but weights a fair bit more. The functions it offers sure makes up for that though. Plays MP3s and video files, reads MSWord and PDF docs, has handwriting recognition for writing names in or note, plus you can draw and send as an MMS! The keylock on the site is a great idea as this function is often missing from symbian phones (like the Nokia 3650 and 6600 etc). Even makes phone calls!

I got mine in November 2003 and after years of Nokias I was worried about getting used to the menus, functions etc. But no fear. The key layout makes fast texting easy on a phone this size. I love the soft blue cover, but keep it far away from soggy mints in bags and pockets as they'll ruin the blue shell. The phone's too pretty to hide in an ugly cover. :0) Had a few glitches with the text drafts folder e.g. if I stop writing a text midway it doesn't always automatically save it in the drafts which is annoying. You can set ringtones for different people's calls, texts etc. MP3 and polyphonic. The beep to indicate a minute gone while talking on the phone is useful. The major drawback is the battery time- I find that even if all I do is text and make one call I need to charge it every other day. A pain compared to my nokia batteries which used to run and run.

Well what can I say?
I just got rid of my brick of a Sony Ericsson T300, and I've bought this from Orange.
What can I say about the service, it comes BRAND NEW SEALED, you also get a free sim card, 3 dangly xmas toys from orange, and great service all for under £99.
Believe it or not this is the BEST camera phone available yet. I think it's the best christmas present you could buy anyone.
As soon as I took out the phone, I thought Yeah "sounds good, should be some nice colour and nice photographs", to my amazement, when I clicked on Camera, the quality was stunning. It takes pictures at an impressive 640x480 resolution.
It's a stunning design and one of the latest phones out. I REALLY reccomend that you go down to your local orange shop and pick up this Camera Phone for £99.
You also get 'The Text Saver' pack which costs £19.99 (comes free!!), and also £6 of free credit!
You just can't go wrong! I've had the Nokia 7250i, The Nokia 6600, The Sony Ericsson T300 but not one of them come near to this classy phone.
Whether your a businessman or just a student, this is the best phone ever made (in my opinion!!)

Hi , the Motorola T720i is a great phone but has its flaws. I bought mine with T-mobile but now is unlocked to o2 & I must admit I had problems downloading Java aps+games. Everything kept coming back saying memory full!. But after having this out with Motorola and their data services department they say it's because of the camera that is embedded in the phone and to get rid of the moto gp game takes up alot of memory and it works fine now. The only other flaw it has is the camera as it is not so easy to take pics, and the pictures on the phone can be a bit blurry and colourless, but when viewed on a pc can be quite good. This phone deserves better credit than it has been given as it was one of the first camera phones. Getting this baby unlocked to go to o2 was the best thing I ever did over the internet. Therefore I rate this baby at a nice 9/10. All I can say is there's a lot more to this phone than meets the eye and is the Ferrari of all small colour clammed shaped phones. Just dig a little deeper if in doubt and speak to Motorola's data services they will tell you straight..Well worth it!!!

i find this fone amazing! i must say that ian noble 1 cant read either the instruction booklet nor net site, as you need to use the wap to download ringtones!! im on O2 however and have had 1 or 2 problems sending photos but eventually they will send! overall this phone is very under rated and deserves better than what it has got!

Had trouble with it from day one. Tried to download from ringtone sites but get error: can't even get onto Motorola's own site - says network not found ( Motorola say it focuses on picture messaging not downloading games and ringtones.). Have fun!
