Frank Lewis explained in a recent review for Cnet that Nokia's E55 is a device that will divide people with its innovative new keypad layout.
The handset uses each button to offer two separate alphabetical options, which the expert explained can be tricky to master, but works well with a little bit of practice.
However, he added it is not just this feature that makes the E55 worthy of consideration.
"It's also amazingly slim for a smartphone, has very long battery life and offers good messaging features, making it easy to recommend," Mr Lewis concluded.
The Finnish manufacturer has also equipped the gadget with a 3.2-megapixel camera, as well as a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 pixel resolution QVGA screen. In addition to the model's onboard storage, MicroSD support for up to 16 GB is available.
Would you swap your keypad for this option?
