New T Mobile campaign to get people singing

T Mobile has announced it will be following its recent series of sing-along advertisements with a new campaign.

According to the network, this weekend will provide the opportunity to seek out some of the top voices in the country as it tours a number of venues, getting people up on stage and giving out prizes.

Stores across the UK, including those in Sheffield, Harrow, Gateshead, Lancaster, Sutton, Birmingham and Cardiff, will give shoppers the opportunity to grab a microphone and "belt out a tune", as the carrier puts it.

The campaign is designed to promote a range of pay-as-you-go boosters and will see "goodie bags and feel-good gifts" offered out.

Andrew Coull, head of retail at T Mobile, said the event would be "one to remember for shoppers everywhere".

"We have plenty of free gifts, fantastic prizes and great market-leading offers," he added.

Phones in the network's current range include the HTC-built T Mobile G1.
