O2 facility launched to boost partnerships

O2O2 has announced the launch of a new school it hopes will improve communications and services between itself, its affiliates and its customers.

The Partner Academy training facility is based in Northampton and forms part of the network's Centre of Excellence scheme - aiming to provide extensive development for staff and management.

It was noted working alongside sales development consultancy group Space2, O2 had been able to create a range of training courses that could boost the quality of service it provides users.

Small and medium-sized business customers looking to take advantage of the firm's telecommunications packages may be just one of the groups who could benefit - and the department's head of sales David Plumb discussed this.

"We hope that being involved in the Academy will help our partners win profitable new business and ensure they are strong leaders in the market place," he said.
