Singer Will.I.Am will lead a keynote speech to discuss the possibilities associated with mobile phones and music next month, it has been revealed.
The Black Eyed Peas frontman, writer and producer will address the crowd at the GSM Association's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona - which takes place between February 16th and 19th.
It is noted the rapper will speak to conference attendees on the final day of the event and is expected to discuss some of the latest innovations that have brought the music and telecommunications industry closer together over recent years.
Commenting on his appearance, Will.I.Am said the gathering of industry experts "provides a unique forum for discussing both the business of delivering and the art of creating content."
Also confirmed for the event are Oscar-winning actor and director Kevin Spacey and MySpace founder Chris De Wolfe - with both on hand to discuss how mobile phones play a role in their respective mediums.
