Posted: 25 August 2009
LG has unveiled one of the UKs most eagerly anticipated gadgets with the new GD910 mobile phone watch.
According to an early review in Stuff magazine, the phone watch includes a 1.4 inch full colour screen and LG has also included stereo Bluetooth capabilities, with speech recognition and voice commands.
The phone also has a full media player and will even transcribe speech.
Francois Mahieu, director of devices, at Orange UK said: "The watchphone is part of the new future phone range, focussing on bringing the most advanced 21st technology to our customers."
Writing in the Sun, Jonathan Weinburg admitted that the phone brought out his playful side - even making him feel "a bit like James Bond" when wearing it.
Those keen to get their hands on the GD910, need to be quick. It will be on sale for a limited time only from Orange's Bond Street Station store in Central London and will retail for £500.
