Palm Pixi 'will appeal to many different users'

A new handset has been launched that one expert has stated is clearly aimed at a number of different users.
According to a spokesman for Mobile Gazette, an online resource that specialises in news and reviews on developments and releases in the sector, there are multiple demographics which will be interested in the Palm Pixi.
Conrad Longmore, editor at the site, referred to the recently announced model as something of a "Jack of all trades" that boasts features professional and casual users will enjoy.
"The compact design means that it could potentially compete with handsets such as the BlackBerry Pearl, especially with the built-in support for Microsoft Exchange," he added.
Mr Longmore concluded by applauding the style of the gadget, which he explained has been able to attain a good balance between being "attractive" and "sober".
The Palm Pixi was unveiled last week and incorporates the manufacturer's webOS platform, as well as optional Artist Series rear fascias - a range of limited edition covers designed by a host of designers.
Does the above interest you more or less than the upcoming Palm Pre?
