O2 backs Joggler with £6m campaign

O2 has announced details of a new marketing campaign to highlight the benefits of its range of family-focused mobile solutions.
The £6 million advertising drive will support the launch of the network's Joggler device - a multimedia gadget which aims to help people organise their households - as well as some related services.
In addition to promoting the seven-inch touchscreen device, the TV, cinema, print and web initiative will show the benefits of the O2 Calendar and its Your Family Bolt-on calling package.
The campaign will launch on May 18th and is based around a family kitchen scene that places the fridge at the centre of family life.
"In the TV ad, stopframe animation is used to show the family organising their appointments using the O2 Joggler - demonstrating a new way to help family life run more smoothly," the carrier explains.
O2 announced the Joggler in March and it was released earlier this month.
