Samsung Emporio Armani M7500 gets 6 out of 10

SamsungA phone described as "music-centred" with "middle of the road specifications" has scored six out of ten in an evaluation.

Writing for Trusted Reviews, Sandra Vogel explained customers should not expect too much from the Samsung Emporio Armani M7500 as it is a relatively cheap handset, which comes free with contracts starting at £20 on Vodafone.

The 114.9 x 47.4 x 12 mm product has a three-megapixel camera, which is not as "fancy" as its predecessor, she noted.

It also has the ability to conduct two-way video-calls, while containing a quad-band GSM with HSDPA, FM radio and music player.

Ms Vogel stated the 2.2-inch screen was a "delight" to look at as it was very clear, adding that the navigation button was "a star feature".

The worst part of the phone, according to the reviewer, was the Armani branding, which she described as being "far too in your face".

Overall, the gadget scored six out of ten for its design and features, while it was awarded seven for value and a further eight for the usability of it.

In another review, the Samsung Pixon M8800 scored nine out of ten.
