New XpressMusic added to Nokia range

Nokia has announced it will add to its range of audio-focused mobile phones with a new device in the third quarter of 2009.

Following on from the Finnish manufacturer's 5800 smartphone - which was the first model it offered with a full touchscreen interface - it has been announced that the 5330 will be the next addition to the XpressMusic range.

Nokia said it believes people who use mobiles for audio downloads will enjoy the many features the new gadget has to offer - and those who like to keep up with their family and friends will also be well catered for.

"The scrolling contacts bar provides direct access to 20 people and […] the homescreen also features one-touch shortcuts to content and popular social networks like Facebook and MySpace," it explained.

Nokia's 5530 XpressMusic was just one of three devices unveiled at the firm's recent industry event in Singapore, where it showcased the new E72 and 3710 Fold models.
