Nokia N-Gage users and the healthy gaming sector

Research has revealed that alongside consoles and massively multiplayer online titles, handset users make up a healthy portion of the games-buying public.

Although it is noted the first of these categories takes the much larger share of the sector, the latter two now make up 16 per cent of all sales across the UK.

In the US, this number stands at 23 per cent and the Today's Gamers survey suggested this means all three parts of the market are in rude health.

Of course, there are a number of tempting options available to people looking to take advantage of the wide selection of titles that are out there - such as Call of Duty, Need For Speed: Undercover and FIFA 2010.
