Poll asks for top mobile music functions

A new article has attempted to find out what mobile phone users consider to be the most important audio facilities a device can have.

Nokia Conversations, a site which specialises in news, reviews and developments relating to the Finnish firm's latest models, outlined a number of options and asked respondents to vote for their most valued.

Entitled What is the most important feature in a music phone?, the survey listed speakers, amplification, headphones, Bluetooth stereo, FM transmitters, downloads, dedicated controls, battery life and storage in the poll.

In addition, the site put a text box headed "other" and invited readers to provide an alternative.

"The responses to our previous 'what is the most important feature' polls have been truly astounding. Not only have we had thousands of votes, but a lot of brilliant feedback too," it concluded.

Among the firm's existing mobile phones that are designed with audio facilities in mind are the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
