LG Arena vs. iPhone - Fight!
Posted: 3 April 2009
The new LG Arena has been pitted against the Apple iPhone 3G in a new review this week.
According to online technology resource Gaj-it, there are factors which put the South Korean manufacturer's device out in front of its rival - including a better camera and a host of other features.
The handset is equipped with a five-megapixel snapper - compared to the iPhone's two-megapixel offering - as well as a landscape qwerty keypad, FM radio, Dolby audio and DivX video playback.
However, it is noted that the popularity of the Apple device is unlikely to be shaken by the Arena, which also goes by the name of the KM900.
"It's not an iPhone killer," the site explains. "But it is an alternative. With so many more features than the iPhone, the LG Arena does have the capacity to stand out and make a name for itself."
T Mobile recently announced it would offer an exclusive Titan Black edition of the LG Arena on its range of tariffs.
Has the Arena got the style of the iPhone?
