Arena 'beats iPhone on gadgets'

A new article has suggested the LG Arena tops the Apple iPhone 3G in terms of gadgets and gizmos.

Russell Jefferies of Mobile Burn explained the handset is equipped with a host of features that put it out in front of its fiercest rival - including a "superior camera".

In addition to its photographic attributes, the Arena - which also goes by the name of the KM900 - is praised for offering Bluetooth A2DP and Dolby Mobile, which could make it a good purchase for music lovers.

"The LG Arena is a great device and a serious handset to consider if you're after a fun touchscreen phone with lots of multimedia capabilities. Therefore, I give the [it] a recommended rating," Mr Jefferies concluded.

However, it is not the first time LG's new model has been compared to the Apple handset.

Daniel Long recently said in a piece for PC Authority that the Arena and iPhone share many design features, but the former was the first to arrive on the market that has the potential to truly challenge the latter.
