Gamers with N-Gage enabled Nokiamobile phones have been advised that they can expect a range of new titles over the coming months.
Electronic Arts (EA) has confirmed that some of its most popular games will be coming soon to the platform, including a new version of the football franchise that has proved so successful on home consoles for many years.
In addition to EA Sports' FIFA 09, gamers can expect to see Spore Origins head to mobile phones as well as The Sims 3 and Tomb Raider Underworld, starring the iconic Lara Croft.
Peter Parmenter, director of worldwide OEM at EA Mobile, said that the company was "delighted" to be able to continue its support of the Nokia platform with a new line-up of games.
"N-Gage gives us a robust ecosystem to bring to market some of EA's most popular franchises as well as those of one of our key partners, Eidos, with Tomb Raider: Underworld and Pandemonium," he said.
The latest smartphone to offer support for N-Gage gaming is the Nokia N96.
