A new Samsung handset has been launched that combines a touchscreen with the manufacturer's dedicated user interface (UI).
Mobile Burn reports that the Samsung SCH-r800 Delve, is a new touchscreen model that comes equipped with the TouchWiz UI, the system currently used on models such as the Tocco and Omnia.
"The TouchWiz user interface allows users to drag-and-drop widgets onto a special home screen, for the ultimate in personalisation," the site states.
It adds the phone will also come equipped with a two-megapixel camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 2.0, microSD support and an integrated media player.
Earlier this year Samsung launched its TouchWiz-enabled Tocco model alongside an exhibition at the Azam Gallery in County Hall, London entitled Please Touch.
The manufacturer claims that the UI "marks an innovative step in touch screen technology" with its drag and drop facility, adding that this is particularly useful when accessing the phone's various media applications.
