New mobile broadband customers have been offered the chance to get their hands on a free laptop when signing up for web services at Phones4U.
The mobile broadband and phones retailer has followed the success of similar schemes from the Carphonewarehouse by making a number of different notebooks available as a free gift when certain contracts are signed up to.
Pocket-lint reports that Phones4U customers will be able to take advantage of mobile broadband services from Orange at a fee of around £30 per month and will be given a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo at no extra cost.
Equipped with an 80GB hard drive, 1GB memory and an Intel Celeron 540 processor the Esprimo notebook has a 15.4-inch widescreen display and is worth around £349.99.
For those looking for more from their internet, a £74.95 monthly package will be available whereby a Samsung R60 laptop - which comes with 120GB hard drive - will be offered free.
"Phones4U says this allowance means you can surf the web for 100 hours, send over 2000 emails, as well as download your favourite tracks and videos", the site adds.
A number of other Networks including 3, O2 and Vodafone are currently offering a range of mobile broadband packages.
