NatWest and 3 offer mobile broadband deal for students

A new partnership between the 3 network and NatWest will see students offered discounted mobile broadband services.
Mobile Broadband News reports that a new account set up by the bank will give students the chance to sign up to 3's mobile broadband offering for £5 per month, with other offers on products expected.
A spokesperson for the bank said the move was in response to requests from students to give them something useful with their accounts.
"This is a really great offer, giving students a head-start on all the things they need to keep in touch and stay online at university," he said.
However, he added that with download limits of 1GB, 3GB and 7GB per month being applied to the contracts, it was important that participants kept an eye on their download limits.
Phones4U announced this week that it would offer free laptops with its mobile broadband packages following the success of similar schemes from the Carphonewarehouse.
