With the impending release of the Apple iPhone 3G, O2 has launched details of how to pre-order.
In an email issued to those who have subscribed for updates on the much-anticipated mobile phones, O2 state that from 08:00 BST today, consumers will be able to register an advanced order.
It states that on a one handset per applicant basis, consumers can click on a link where they will be given access to the range of contracts available on the iPhone 3G.
"The new 8GB iPhone won't cost you a penny on our £45 and £75 tariffs. And it's just £99 on our £35 tariff and new £30 tariff," the email states, adding that O2 expects demand for the mobile phones "to be very high".
New 18-month contracts will apply to the iPhone 3G and O2 expects those who apply to be in receipt of their handset on July 11th via courier delivery.
July 11th is the official launch of the new Apple handset and the phone will be available from a number of outlets on this date.
