New Nokia's compared and contrasted

The new Nokia E66 has a number of similarities to its E71 sibling but offers more in terms of style, one reviewer has suggested.

Engadget Mobile reports the upcoming handsets from the Finnish manufacturer have much in common in terms of specification, but the E66 drops the full qwerty keypad in favour of a regular numeric one.

It states that the grey E66 is "immensely" more likeable than the white version of the E71 previously reviewed, but adds that on their release both colours of both models will be an option.

"One area where both phones shine … is the clear talk quality and boosted reception we received in comparison to our iPhone in the same areas," the article adds.

Trusted Reviews reported last month that the new handsets were not only fully HSDPA and Wi-Fi compatible with a 3.2-megapixel camera, but could also be good enough to challenge the iPhone for 3G status.
