A new clamshell handset from Sony Ericsson makes the most of the manufacturer's range of Walkman phones.
In a new review for the manufacturer's W380i, Crave reports that the handset is not only "pretty snazzy" but offers a range of music facilities that make it a more enjoyable model to use as a music phone than Nokia's camera-centric N95.
With an easy-to-use music library facility and a range of connectivity options, including the side-loading removable memory stick, users should find loading mp3s to be a "piece of cake" and the phone itself is also noted for its simplicity.
"It's a responsive piece of kit, with no notable lag between button presses and system response - something that would otherwise anger the hell out of you as you try and blast out a quick email on the train," the review concludes.
Sony Ericsson recently launched a special edition Walkman phone in association with the Carphonewarehouse that included preloaded tracks from the Def Jam record label.
