A new handset from Samsung is a worthy successor to the manufacturer's G800, according to a new review.
In an article for phonearena.com, the Samsung SGH-G810 is noted as being a "wonderful" follow-up to the popular 5-megapixel cameraphone and is equipped with a number of features that can only improve upon the design.
The site notes that this latest addition to Samsung's line of mobile phones bears some similarity to the Nokia N95 and is likely to be a direct competitor with that particular model's eight-gigabyte (8GB) version.
"It has grown up a little bit, in contrast to the previous model, but is still smaller than the one of N95 8GB," the website notes.
Symbian technology, aluminium finish, a 2.6-inch screen and a microUSB slot add to the overall package on offer, in addition to the five-megapixel camera that comes with 3x optical zoom and Xenon flash.
Mobilegazette.com recently said that it was looking forward to the arrival of the SGH-G810, but also highlighted that it would be in direct competition with the N95.
