A recent event in the Netherlands has revealed that Samsung could have six new mobile phones ready to hit the European market.
Phonearena.com reports this week that a number of Dutch websites have shown images of Samsung handsets unveiled at a recent event in the country - and all of these come with model names starting with SGH.
It is reported that these mobile phones have yet to see any official announcement from the manufacturer. However, the website suggests a number of things that consumers might expect from a few of them.
The U800 model appears to be a slim candybar metal design and features a standard - as opposed to touch sensitive - directional pad. It is thought the handset will come with a three-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, FM radio and will be 3G-enabled.
It is thought the i900 model will focus on multimedia functionality, with a five-megapixel camera and the L870 will be similar but will use Symbian S60 technology and have a three-megapixel camera and slimmer body.
Trusted Reviews recently suggested that Samsung's SGH-i780 aims to challenge BlackBerry in the same ways its i600 has done in the past.
