Mobile broadband customers opting for a Vodafone package could be enjoying the network's latest netbook offer.

Trusted Reviews reports that currently the firm is offering a Dell Inspiron Mini 9 to its new customers on certain deals and that with integrated HSDPA the gadget "is near-enough the holy grail of portable connectivity".

The netbook is equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU processor as well as 1GB of RAM memory. The 16GB solid state drive allows users some portable storage options and the 8.9in, 1,024 x 600 pixel display could be useful for online video playback.

In addition the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 comes with Ethernet, Bluetooth and Vodafone HSDPA connectivity as well as three USB 2.0 ports, a VGA output and a 3-in-1 memory card reader.

"Better still, the Mini 9 will be subsidised by Vodafone, meaning that on some tariffs you'll be getting a free netbook with your mobile broadband," the article adds.
