Motorola develops clear touchscreen concept

A new handset has emerged from Motorola that makes the most of some of the company's concept technology.
Mobile Gazette reports that Motorola is set to add to its range of touchscreen mobile phones with the KRAVE ZN4 which takes much of its inspiration from the Motorola MING.
The ZN4 hides electronic circuitry in its touch-sensitive clear plastic cover to allow a number of actions to be performed when the clamshell is actually closed.
"Another clever feature is that the 'M' logo on the cover acts as a speaker when the ZN4 is open," the article notes.
No details have emerged yet as to an international or European release date for the Motorola KRAVE ZN4, but in addition to 3G connectivity, the site notes buyers can expect a range of other features.
As well as a "comprehensive multimedia player", the handset features "a web browser, email client and a virtual qwerty keyboard for when you need it".
The MING was originally announced earlier this year for the Chinese market.
