O2 offers 'UK's most comprehensive reward scheme'

O2 has announced the details of a new reward scheme that will be available to its Pay Monthly customers.
The network claims the new O2 Priority Club is the most comprehensive consumer loyalty scheme of its kind in the UK, adding that it has been created to show gratitude to its most valued customers.
Based on a three-tier programme, the scheme will reward those spending over £35 per month with a number of things including extra minutes or texts, early upgrades and exclusive tickets to O2-sponsored events.
Peter Rampling, O2's marketing director, said the Silver, Gold and Platinum rewards packages within the Priority Club will benefit a wide range of its users.
"Our key focus is to give all customers great value and give our premium customers even more special treatment as a thank you from O2," he said.
The news may boost sales of the Apple iPhone 3G, for which O2 is the exclusive UK carrier.
