Samsung's latest smartphone has been praised as an ideal model for business users in a new article.
In a piece posted by Clove Technology, one writer draws attention to the Samsung Omnia, which also goes under the product name of the SGH-i900, as a handset that combines business performance and style.
It states that the handset, which was launched officially this week by the manufacturer, also boasts a range of "dynamic multi-media" functions, including a five-megapixel camera and an 8GB internal memory.
The site adds the Omnia could prove to be "one of the most popular and prominent devices of the year" and add that its ability to "switch seamlessly between Microsoft Outlook email and productivity applications" could tempt a number of business users.
The mobile phone runs using the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system, however, additional programs can be downloaded as and when required.
Details also emerged this week of a new environmentally-focussed mobile phone from Samsung, the E200 Eco.
