The latest phone from LG looks to be the replacement for the manufacturer's popular Viewty, on expert has suggested.
In an article for phoneArena, Nanko Rusev states that the company has officially announced the launch of the KC910 and that the range of multimedia functions available with the handset could make it a worthy successor to the Viewty.
LG's KC910 is not only equipped with an eight-megapixel camera, with an integrated xenon flash and Schneider-Kreuznach lens, but also features support for DivX and XviD video, as well as Dolby sound for music playback.
"The KC910 is a quad-band GSM with support for HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, has Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi, microSD slot for up to 8GB of memory, 3-inch WQVGA 240x400 touch display and TV-out for watching images or videos on larger screen," the site adds.
It is expected that the new phone will be rolled out in October, although no details have yet emerged on the phone's interface or on which networks and tariffs it will be available.
