A number of high profile celebrities have bee spotted clutching their trusty BlackBerry mobile phones.

In the hectic world that accompanies fame and fortune, it can no doubt be useful to have a mobile phone handy - and Celebrity BlackBerry Sightings has posted the latest batch of photos capturing the stars and their handsets.

Lauren Conrad, star of MTV's The Hills, Spice Girl Mel-B and music producer Mark Ronson were among the celebrities most recently snapped with their Research In Motion (RIM) handsets.

However, higher profile stars such as Oscar-winning actress Renee Zelweger and celebrity couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes also made an appearance on the site, BlackBerry in hand.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere, millionaire heiress Paris Hilton and r'n'b pop couple Rihanna and Chris Brown were among the other big names seen sporting a RIM mobile recently.

The latest BlackBerry Bold was recently released and singer-songwriter John Mayer is said to be a fan.
