Vodafone announces iPhone availability

Following an announcement earlier this week that indicated O2's exclusive deal with Apple in the UK was over, another network has confirmed its involvement with the firm.

It was advised on Monday (September 28th) that Orange would become the second company to provide the iPhone 3G across Britain and it has now emerged Vodafone has also made an agreement on the model.

Tariff details, pricing structures and availability options have yet to be confirmed by either of the operators but, as with the former, the latter carrier has set up a dedicated web page where people can register for updates.

LG adds affordability to Chocolate

A new addition to the LG range is claimed to offer the same level of luxury as its predecessors at a more affordable price.

It was announced this week by the South Korean manufacturer that the BL40 launched earlier this month would be followed up with another device, the BL20.

O2 responds to Orange iPhone announcement

O2 has responded to this week's news that it will now not be the exclusive network for the Apple iPhone 3G S in the UK.

It was revealed on Monday (September 28th) that Orange had entered a partnership with the manufacturer of the smartphone that would see it become the second operator for the handset across Britain.

Sprint said this week that when upgrading it is important people consider their environmental responsibility and ensure their old and unwanted model is disposed of correctly.

O2 has announced the pricing details for one of its most eagerly-anticipated, network-exclusive devices.

The carrier killed weeks of speculation over a release date for the upcoming Palm Pre smartphone this week, by unveiling a shelf date of October 16th.

Following weeks of speculation, O2 has announced the UK launch date for one of its most eagerly-anticipated new smartphones.
