Sony Ericsson K800i

It's here. A Cybershot digital camera and a small, sophisticated, 3G mobile phone all in one. Open the lens cover and you're ready to take the picture. The Sony Ericsson K800i is fabulous!

Cameraphone Revolution

The camera-phone revolution began years ago with a Sony Ericsson phone. And now, Sony Ericsson has raised the bar once again, with the K800i.

Fab Fotos

The first phone to carry Sony's well-known Cybershot branding, the K800i is a hefty combination of a powerful 3G handset, and a 3.2 mega-pixel digital camera. But it doesn't stop at the number of pixels you get.

With built-in auto-focus, image stabiliser and a proper xenon flash, the K800i combines all these features to produce some of the most beautiful and astounding images ever taken by a camera-phone. And as the handset uses Sony's Memory Stick Micro memory cards, you'll never have to "run out of film" again.

Photo Manipulation

But what to do with your photos once you've taken them? Well, the K800i has a few more aces up its sleeve. Sony Ericsson include a data cable in the box, so you can link it to your PC, or even directly to a Pictbridge-compatible printer, at no extra expense.

You want to get your photos online? No problem! With its 3G data connection and full internet access, you'll have those mini masterpieces online in no time.

All-round Ace

For those rare moments when you find yourself without a subject to photograph, the K800i once again comes to the rescue, packing in features like video calling, 3D games, FM radio and MP3 player.

So, in this day and age, do you need to carry a separate phone, MP3 player, digital, and organiser? If you have the Sony Ericsson K800i, then the answer's no!

This phone is absolutely amazing, the camera takes photos as good as a digital camera, and the phone is really fast when you send and receive stuff from Bluetooth and when you need to go on the internet. The mp3 player in it is excellent.

I will say without doubt that this phone is the best phone out there at the present time. One small point is the screen is flat to the surface of the main body and is prone to scratching.
