The Wave also has a beautiful Super AMOLED screen for an unbelievably sharp and bright display. This is all combined with its TouchWiz 3.0 intuitive user interface and social networking feature Social Hub.
Super AMOLED touchscreen
Samsung say “seeing is believing” with the world's first Super AMOLED touchscreen. While the screen is smaller than some rival smartphone's at 3.3-inches, it packs a powerful punch, offering a brighter, clearer and less reflective display.
Social Hub
Samsung's Social Hub integrates all major email providers, messaging and social networking services together into one place whether it's G-mail, Facebook, Twitter or MSN so that you get live updates as they happen. Push technology enables Social Hub to deliver emails, calendar events and SNS updates in real time.
TouchWiz 3.0 user interface
Samsung Wave's TouchWiz technology makes it easier to customise your phone so that you can get easy access to all the services and features that matter to you. That means you can decide what appears on your homescreen and where so that your phone is tailored to suit you.
Bada operating system
Customers can go to the Bada app store get games, videos and social networking apps for their Wave. And because Samsung's new operating system uses TouchWiz customers can then create shortcuts to their favourite apps and features on their homescreen.
Speed
The Samsung Wave has a 1Ghz processor which means you can move between apps and features quickly and easily. It also means you can run a number of applications at once.
HD Video recording
Capture life's best moments in amazing high definition with 720p HD video recording. When you've finished film you can upload it to Facebook and YouTube.
Five-megapixel camera
The Wave has a built-in five-megapixel camera with autofocus and an LED flash.
Great connectivity
The Samsung smartphone has HSDPA which provides high speed internet use, hence it's mobile broadband nickname. It also has Wi-Fi, which sometimes makes for a cheaper service.
Music Player
The Samsung Wave has a music player that supports most digital formats including MP3 and MP4. It also supports 32GB MicroSD cards letting you store thousands of tracks on the mobile phone.
GPS
There's no need to get lost with the Wave. Its inbuilt GPS acts as a general Sat Nav device when used with mapping software.
