Link up the heart monitor and foot pod by Blue Robin (a low power version of Bluetooth, designed to extend battery life), and set off on your run. You'll soon find out the Samsung MiCoach isn't just monitoring your run. It's getting involved, with the narrator built into the phone telling you when to speed up, or slow down, reacting to your workout, to give you the perfect workout!
