Terms and Conditions

  1. The Prize Draw is a Mobileshop promotion
  2. The Prize Draw will take place during the first week of each month and details will be displayed on our website.
  3. The winner will be selected at random from persons who submitted their contact details on the Mobileshop websites during the previous month.
  4. The contact details must contain a valid email address for notification purposes.
  5. No purchase is necessary.
  6. No more than one entry per person.
  7. There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
  8. Winners will be notified by email to the email address they supplied on the entry form. If the prize is not claimed within one week of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another random winner will be selected.
  9. Prizes will be sent by post so the winner will need to supply their address. No responsibility is accepted for lost or damaged prizes.
  10. The winner agrees to have their name published on the Mobileshop website.
  11. Mobileshop agrees not to sell your details onto third parties. We may contact you with our latest offers but an opt out will be available.
  12. All entrants must accept these rules. In the event of any dispute, Mobileshop decision will be final
