The Dell Streak has finally arrived!. The Dell streak maybe small on the outside but it packs in so much technology on the inside. The Dell Streak keeps you connected on the go - bringing you the best in mobile surfing, social networking and shopping all at the tap of a finger. It also has a five-inch toughened Gorilla Glass multi-touch screen that gives you a widescreen experience for high-definition movie viewing.

Large touchscreen

The Dell Streak has a large five-inch TFT capacitive multi-touch screen with an impressive WVGA resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. That makes for unbelievable film viewing for a mobile device and an excellent browsing experience.

Google Android

The Dell Streak runs on a customised Android 1.6 system with all the apps and Google services that it brings from Gmail to Google Maps. An update to Android 2.1 is expected later this year.

Superfast processor

There's not many mobile devices as powerful as the Dell Streak with its Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor – the processor means fast browsing, downloads and easy multi-tasking.

Camera

The Dell Streak has a built in five-megapixel camera with auto focus and dual-LED flash, the Dell Streak also has video recording and calling features with VGA support.

Connectivity

You can access the internet with mobile broadband (HSDPA) or a Wi-Fi connection if you're in a Wi-Fi hotspot. The latter offers cheaper – sometimes free – browsing.

GPS

The Dell Streak tablet has built-in GPS so you can use it to plan journeys or find your way if you're lost, and if you use it with Google Maps it's much like a SatNav device.
