QUESTION: How long does delivery take?
ANSWER: If you order Monday - Friday before 6pm
Your handset will be delivered on Saturday via Parcel Force who offer a next-day delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking link in your 'Order Dispatch' email that will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the Parcel Force website. Items sent to remote parts of the UK such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will take slightly longer to be delivered.
If you order Saturday or before 1pm on Sunday
Your handset will be delivered on Monday via Parcel Force. This is a next-day delivery service, guaranteed by 1pm. Items sent to remote parts of the UK such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will take slightly longer to be delivered.
If you order after 1pm Sunday
