Recommend A Friend Terms & Conditions
1. You must have previously ordered from MobileShop.com.
2. Your friend must NOT have ordered from MobileShop.com before.
3. You must include full details (name, order number and mobile number) of your MobileShop.com order.
4. You must include full name and contact number of your friend and must have permission from that friend to recommend them.
5. You will only receive payment from MobileShop.com if your friend enters into a 12 or 18 month contract on a mobile phone package supplied, processed and despatched directly by MobileShop.com*, and the phone is not returned.
6. You must have recommended the friend before they place an order with MobileShop.com.
7. You will receive payment within 60 days after connection of the friend’s order via post.
8. Allocation of payment is subject to MobileShop.com terms & conditions.

*Excludes orders processed by Vanilla Mobile on behalf of MobileShop.com or orders processed by other retailers.
