I just posted the bill from the 9th month ( my third cashback) by 1st class post on Wednesday. Today is Friday and i already have an email asking if i want to swap cash back for a higher amount in Argos Vouchers, or other gifts! Absolutely fantastic.
I don’t feel the need to waste money and send by recorded delivery, as if mobileshop haven’t confirmed receipt within 5 days, I could just post them another copy, still with plenty of time before the deadline.

Initially I was drawn to the site as you were the only place which was taking pre-orders on the handset and I was keen to get it as soon as possible, however once I began looking into the organisation it became apparent that being the first to offer new devices was not the only positive thing you have going for you. I must thank Emma for arranging the change of delivery address with absolutely no fuss and Carole who answered the multitude of questions I fired at her quickly and accurately. The phone was despatched a day earlier than I expected and arrived before 11am the next morning with all the information and paperwork needed to get up and running.
I have dealt with many mobile phone shops both on and off line in the past and have always been, at best, satisfied with the service. I have never received the high level of service and general feeling of being a valued customer as I received with mobileshop.com.
When I read the praise on your site I thought ‘I’ll take that with a pinch of salt’ but now I can see why it is all so positive. In 12 months, I’ll be back.
Thanks to the customer service staff, the warehouse staff who turned it around so quickly, and everyone else involved.

I have dealt with many mobile phone shops both on and off line in the past and have always been, at best, satisfied with the service. I have never received the high level of service and general feeling of being a valued customer as I received with mobileshop.com.
When I read the praise on your site I thought ‘I’ll take that with a pinch of salt’ but now I can see why it is all so positive. In 12 months, I’ll be back.

It's the first time I bought a mobilephone from mobileshop, so I haven't had any experience with cash back. But I do successfully recommend two friends to buy from mobileshop in Nov 2005, unfortunately I didn't receive the cheques for that.
