As mobile technology develops so Vodafone brings you a range of new services that will allow you to access all of your information while you're on the move. Information and services you would normally expect to find on your PC can now be accessed via your phone.

For example, anyone with a fixed phone or a digital mobile can now listen, reply, forward or delete their e-mails using voice commands. If you have a WAP phone you can WAP enable your internet e-mail accounts. You don't have to log onto a PC to retrieve and send e-mail - you wont even have to use a keyboard.

You can't always be near a PC, and it's frustrating when you're unable to answer important e-mails.

Thanks to Vodafone's WAP and Voice e-mail services, you can now access your Internet e-mail, quickly and easily, wherever you are. You can listen and respond to e-mails on any mobile or landline phone, as well as compose, read and reply to them with any WAP phone.

Anyone can use these services - you don't have to be a Vodafone customer. Calls to these services will be charged at standard rate and you can access up to five existing Internet e-mail accounts.

To set up your WAP or Voice e-mail service, first visit our site and set up your e-mail providers online via the link at the bottom of this page. Then follow the instructions below to get to your e-mail accounts.

As part of the Voice email service, you will also be able to set up your Vodafone Phone Book- please go to the link at the bottom of this page. Simply, this allows you to:

- Store the names and e-mail details of your friends, family and colleagues
- Forward your e-mails to any of your contacts using Vodafone's Voice email

MMS - Who can I send MMS to?

MMS Can be sent to Vodafone Handsets and you can receive MMS from O2 and Vodafone Handsets. You cannot send an MMS to a non compatible handset or handsets on Orange, T-Mobile or O2. If you try to send an MMS to a Non compatible Handset they will only be sent a SMS. The SMS will have a website address for them to Visit to view the MMS.

> How to use Vodafone's WAP email service

- You need a WAP phone to use this service
- Take a moment to set up online - via the link at the bottom of this page (Voice and WAP email will be available to Hotmail and AOL customers later on in the year) that fits
- -Visit the Vodafone Dynamic Front Page (the equivalent of an Internet home page), through your WAP browser. Then select 'my e-mail' which will display a list of your selected e-mail providers
- Choose to read, reply, delete or forward any of your e-mails
- You can also compose e-mails from scratch by keying into your WAP phone
- Access to this e-mail service is charged at standard WAP call rate

> How to use Vodafone's Voice e-mail service

Take a moment to set up online - via the link at the bottom of this page (Voice and WAP email will be available to Hotmail and AOL customers later on in the year)
- Voice - Once set up, call 900800 from your Vodafone - one number to access up to five e-mail accounts Or, call 07836 900800 from any other mobile or landline
- Then follow the instructions
- Select which e-mail accounts you'd like to access
- Next, you'll hear how many e-mails you have and the details of the most recent one you have received
- Say read to listen to an e-mail
- E-mails will be read to you by a realistic, simulated voice
- Once you've listened to an e-mail, you can select whether to reply by template, delete or listen to another. You can also forward your emails to any of your contacts in your Vodafone Phone Book
- Calls from a Vodafone will be charged at standard rate
- Calls from other phones will cost the same as calling a Vodafone mobile phone
