All BT Mobile customers have access to their own personal voice mailbox, so they need never miss a call again.

The access code is ‘1571’. Speed Dial can be set up by programming 1571 into speed dial 1 (Dependent upon Handset Model)

5 Listen to Caller’s Line Identity (CLI) (to listen to the message envelope)

Voicemail box capacity is 50 messages of up to 3 minutes long.

Message retention time:
New messages 28 days
Read messages 72 hours
Saved messages 7 days
Message deposits can be made to other BT Mobile Customers via dialling 1571 and their MSISDN.
Notification of a new voicemail message will be via SMS and icon alert
If a customer requires their PIN to be reset they must call the BT Mobile Customer Support Line
