My request by 'phone was dealt with in a very helpful manner. My queries were answered in full. I needed the 'phone very quickly and a very courteous lady assistant promised me she would see that it was sent out the same afternoon and would 'phone me back to confirm that it had been sent, which she did. My new 'phone was received by 07.30 hrs the following day! Now that is what I call service. In an age when customer service seems to lacking, the service I received was FIRST CLASS.
