Vodafone has added to its range of revised international calling tariffs, this time focusing on business customers.

The network announced this week that for £20 per month, professionals making use of their handsets across the continent can now do so at the same rate they would expect to in the UK.

In addition, the Vodafone Europe package allows calls received abroad to be completely free across the 12 countries involved in the scheme.

Peter Kelly, enterprise director of the carrier’s operations in Britain, said the changes would allow such users more control over their telecommunications budget.

"Our business customers have told us keeping in touch with customers – be it by voice, data and email whilst overseas – is vital in giving them a competitive edge," he added.

Earlier this week, Vodafone announced details of some new sim-only deals designed to offer cheaper international roaming options. Prior to this, alterations to its mobile broadband offerings were also unveiled.

Is this cheap enough?
