I know for a fact some of you guys have asked about this new mobile phone… and so have some of our staff here. It’s causing a real stir since it’s the first budget 5 megapixel camera phone.
It’s the LG KC550 Orsay, and keep your eyes peeled, because it’ll be on our site veeeeeeeeeeeery soon!
But why should you keep your eyes peeled? There are other 5 megapixel mobile phones, right? Well, quite apart from the fact the specs are something phenomenal, the LG KC550 Orsay’s a gorgeous little beastie, and looks as good as its more expensive siblings, the LG Viewty and the KF750 Secret.
Ah yes, the other 5 megapixel mobile phones LG make. How does the Orsay stack up against them? Well, to be perfectly honest…. really, really well!
Take, for example, the camera on the LG KC550 Orsay. Other than lacking the slo-motion and super-high-speed video modes, it’s basically the same 5 megapixel camera seen in the Viewty and the LG KF750 Secret. And that means, without even looking at it or trying one out, that I can predict something about the camera on the LG KC550 Orsay:
It’ll be mind-blowingly good.
On top of that, you get the same multimedia features, and you even get motion gaming (just the same as in the Secret), letting you control the games on the LG KC550 Orsay just by waving it about. In fact, the only thing the Orsay’s really missing is 3G.
Well, come on, let’s be fair, something had to give. You can still get online with the LG KC550 Orsay, it’s just not as fast as its bigger siblings. But then, there’s a big difference in price. If reports are true, then it’s going to be available, on pay as you go, for in the region of £170! Compare that to the LG Secret, that’s not been out long, and is, basically the KC550 Orsay’s big brother. THAT mobile phone comes in at about £300.
The LG KC550 Orsay isn’t much down in terms of specs, but it is in terms of price.
And that’s why everyone and their dog, including me, is excited about it!
