The Sony Ericsson Vivaz pro has been unveiled at the Mobile World Congress.
The touchscreen handset, sister phone to the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, includes a qwerty keyboard and gives users the opportunity to create HD videos.
Daniel Sandblom, marketing business manager of the company, said the device would meet an increase in consumer demand for qwerty gadgets and added users would have a “superior messaging and entertainment experience”.
In addition, it has a slide-out keyboard and users can access social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, as well as directly upload HD videos to YouTube.
Applications can be downloaded through PlayNow and the Symbian Developer Community and the handset also features a 5.1-megapixel camera, which has geo tagging and an image stabiliser.
The manufacturer, which released the Sony Ericsson Vivaz in January, has also unveiled the Xperia X10 mini and X10 pro at the event.
