The Samsung Jet Ultra Edition continues the stylish and functional theme of the Samsung Jet series and will be available on the O2 network for free as part of a £25 tariff.

According to the manufacturer, the handset has been redesigned and now features extra widgets to ensure social networking and watching television shows is easier than ever.

"With today’s consumers living increasingly fast-paced lives, we’re providing access to both entertainment and productivity options – all the things that consumers love and need for work and play," explained Mark Mitchinson, vice-president of Samsung Mobile UK & Ireland.

Moreover, the first 10,000 people to buy the phone will receive a free gift from O2 – the Ultimate Gangster Collection.

This is a set of three DVDs in a limited edition box. The titles are Scarface, American Gangster and Casino.

Other phones currently available from the manufacturer include the Samsung Omnia Lite and the Samsung Tocco Lite.
