Apple iPhone users can now order Wagamama food from their handset and have it delivered just in time for their arrival home thanks to a new mobile phone application, launched yesterday (February 22nd).
Steve Hill, chief executive of the pan-Asian food provider – the first UK restaurant chain to have an app with the manufacturer – said he was "proud" of the company introducing the tool to customers.
He added: "It’s great to be bringing the speed and quality of Wagamama’s service to the latest in consumer technology. Alongside our new take-out website, it’s now easier than ever for customers to get their Wagamama fix".
The gizmo allows people to select their nearest branch and send their order from the menu.
Other apps available from Apple include the AA function, which gives users the opportunity to find out about different points of interest thanks to the motoring organisation’s database.
