I am having to replace a second BLACKBERRY STORM after the glass breaking twice, in separate incidents within less than two months. I have used almost every other Blackberry phones and never once had them replaced. My work is nothing different that the usual phone usage to call my customers and receive calls. I am extremely disappointed and considering doing away with Blackberry Storm.

Ah well, it's not me in the video, so I don't know, but looking at it, you're right, it has got a case-type-sleeve thing on it.
