Nokia has chosen a recent industry event to boost its range of music-focused handsets, which one website has suggested is a sign of its commitment to such devices.
According to Nokia Conversations, the Finnish manufacturer has continued its legacy of bringing these mobiles to the market with the launch of the new X6 and X3 models.
It was advised that having showcased the new offerings as part of the recent Nokia World conference, the firm had followed on from innovations like the Comes With Music service with something new.
The group’s senior vice-president of marketing Jo Harlow told the publication that in many markets, audio functions are "key" to how successful a model has become, as often "the music phone becomes the centre piece for parties".
Nokia Conversations recently posted the results of an online poll to discover the most wanted feature on a music-based phone – with good battery life coming out on top.
